Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a new paid subscription, where the Service was not substantially used during that period. If DMChat is not right for you, contact our support team inside that window and we will refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team at support@dmchat.io with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day window.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, or where the Service was substantially used during the refund window.
