Make your link a follower perk
Most “follow to get it” setups trust people to say they followed. DMChat actually checks. Non-followers get a Follow button first, and the link the moment they do.
Quick answer
Follow to unlock sends your link only to people who follow your Instagram account. DMChat checks whether each person follows you. If they don’t, it sends a Follow button first, then checks again and sends the link once they do. It works with comment, DM and story automations, on every plan.

Questions people ask
Short answers, straight from how DMChat works today.
Does DMChat really check if they followed?
Yes. It asks Instagram whether that person follows your account. Saying “done” without following doesn’t unlock the link.
Is follow to unlock allowed on Instagram?
Asking for a follow is fine. Keep it a perk, not a trick: tell people up front that the link is for followers.
Is it a paid feature?
No. Followers-only links are on every plan, including free.
