Is DMChat cheaper than LinkDM?
At the entry tier, yes: LinkDM Pro is $19/mo for 25,000 DMs, DMChat Influencer is $10/mo with no monthly DM cap at all. LinkDM Pro includes 3 Instagram accounts; DMChat includes up to 5. That was not true two versions ago and we said so then. What they still offer that we do not is a published ceiling — their $99 tier states 300,000 DMs, and "unlimited with a fair-use rail" is a promise rather than a number. If you need the number in writing, that is a real reason to pick them.
What does DMChat do that LinkDM does not?
Ask for an email, phone number or anything else inside the DM conversation and store it as a lead — no landing page, no drop-off. Verify a follow through Instagram for real before unlocking a link. Show you which sends failed and why. Send an automated follow-up inside the 24-hour window Meta allows.
Can I run both?
You can, but there is little reason to. Two tools replying to the same comment section means duplicate DMs to the same person, which is a fast way to look automated. Pick one per account.
